This American Woman Living In Gaza Was Rescued From The Rubble After An Israeli Airstrike Destroyed Her Home

After a two-hour operation, an American woman was pulled from the rubble in Gaza after an Israeli air strike targeted her house.
62-year-old Deborah Darwel has been living in Gaza for years, and on Tuesday, March 12, an Israeli airstrike destroyed her apartment in Deir al-Balah in central Gaza.
The airstrike killed at least seven people, including four children, according to local reports.
She was pulled from under the rubble after a two-hour operation and transferred to the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.
Darwel said that what is happening in Gaza is not fair.
“I truly believe that everyone should be treated equally. You cannot leave the country you believe the Palestinians have a right to.” she said. “I will never leave because if Israel is going to take all of Gaza or all of Palestine, they want everyone to leave, so I stayed because I don’t want them to take Palestine.”
“All Americans should support Gaza. Everything happening here is unjust and must stop immediately,” she added.
Since Oct. 7, Israel’s war on Gaza has killed more than 31,000 Palestinians, most of them women and children.
