Fiji’s Rugby Team Sang A Song From Their Hotel Balconies To Thank The Staff After Ending Their Quarantine
Members of the Fiji Rugby Team sang a tribute to hotel staff in Australia at the end of their quarantine period.
Fiji’s rugby team serenaded the hotel staff in Sydney, Australia, after their self-isolation period ended on Wednesday Feb. 24. They sung and clapped from their individual balconies to thank the staff’s services during their mandatory two-week quarantine in the Sofitel Wentworth hotel.
The 33 members of the Kaiviti Silktails coordinated the musical tribute, which was a traditional hymn named “Mo Ravi Vei Jisu,” according to the Guardian. The team had to quarantine for 14 days to take part in their first-ever Ron Massey Cup competition in New South Wales, Australia.
