Hundreds of activists from 44 countries are sailing all the way to Gaza in the largest flotilla in history, the Global Sumud Flotilla, to break Israel’s blockade on the Strip.

Activists, doctors, artists, lawyers and sailors set sail from ports across the Mediterranean in more than 50 boats as part of the largest coordinated civilian fleet of mostly small vessels to open a humanitarian corridor, deliver urgent aid, including food, medical supplies and water purifiers, and denounce Israel’s ongoing siege and genocide in Gaza.
