A Reporter Tried To Force This Indian Boy To Incite Hatred Against Pakistan And He Completely Shut It Down

A Muslim boy in India is going viral for shutting down a reporter trying to force him to incite violence against Pakistan with a powerful anti-war message.

Since May 7, India and Pakistan have been launching airstrikes against each other after a militant attack in Kashmir, which both sides claim full control over.

Kashmir, which is majority Muslim, was split between India and Pakistan by a UN-brokered ceasefire in 1949 after a war in 1947, with India calling its part "Jammu and Kashmir" and Pakistan calling its parts "Azad Kashmir" and "Gilgit-Baltistan".

In 2019, India revoked Article 370 in its constitution, which guaranteed Jammu and Kashmir special autonomous status, bringing it under India's full and direct control.

India has since dramatically increased its military presence, stationing at least 500,000 troops inside Jammu and Kashmir, making it one of the world's most militarized regions.

It has repeatedly cut off internet, targeted and arrested journalists and local politicians and banned most international media from entering.

India's move also sparked concerns it is trying to change Kashmir’s Muslim identity by pushing a Hindu nationalist agenda, as revoking Article 370 allowed non-Kashmiris — often Hindus — to move in and buy land, which could permanently alter the region's demography.

On April 22, tensions escalated between the two countries after gunmen killed 26 tourists in the India-controlled part of Kashmir.

The Resistance Front (TRF), a militant group formed after India revoked Article 370, claimed responsibility, saying it was responding to "outsiders" settling in Kashmir.

India, which designates TRF as a terrorist group, blamed Pakistan for supporting TRF, but Pakistan rejected this, saying TRF originated from within Kashmir.

On May 7, India launched missile and airstrikes into Pakistan an Pakistan-administered Kashmir, saying it was targeting "terrorist infrastructure".

Pakistan then fired drones and missiles at multiple locations in India, but India said it neutralized them with air defense systems.

Since then, both sides have exchanged fire along the border in Kashmir and reported casualties.
