Israel Has Started Bombing Schools In Gaza Again, Launching An Airstrike That Killed 18 Children At One School
The attack on one school killed at least 29 Palestinians, including 18 children and injured more than 100 people.

At least 29 Palestinians, including women and children, were killed on Wednesday, April 3, when Israel targeted and bombed a school-turned-shelter in northern Gaza.
The attack struck Dar Al Arqam School, which had been housing displaced families, in the Al-Tuffah District of Gaza City, in the north of the strip.
It killed at least 29 Palestinians, including 18 children, injured more than 100 and left a heavily pregnant woman carrying twins, her husband, sister, and three children, according to Gaza’s Civil Defense.
The Civil Defence said at least four missiles hit the school and confirmed that many of the victims were women and children.
Meanwhile, at least another four people were killed in another Israeli airstrike on Fahd School, which was also sheltering Palestinians, in the same area.
Israeli forces also reportedly bombed a third school, Shaaban Alrayyes school, in the area, but there were no immediate reports on casualties, according to Al Jazeera.
The Israeli military acknowledged striking a site in Gaza City, claiming it was being used by Hamas fighters to plan attacks on Israeli civilians and troops. However, the statement did not specifically mention the school.
The incident comes a day after Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed to seize more land in Gaza and slice up the strip until Hamas releases all the hostages..
Israel has now killed more than 61,700 Palestinians in Gaza, with thousands still missing under the rubble and presumed dead.
