Israel Is Now Also Bombing Yemen, While Also Intensifying Its Attacks On Lebanon And Its Genocide In Gaza

Israel has launched massive airstrikes on Houthi targets in Yemen on Sunday Sep. 29, at the same time it is intensifying its attacks on Lebanon and genocide in Gaza.

Israel targeted fuel depots, power generation facilities and maritime terminals at both the Hodeidah and Ras Isa ports, killing at least four people and injuring 33 others, according to local media.

The airstrikes have resulted in widespread power outages across Hodeidah, raising concerns about humanitarian consequences in a region already suffering from severe food insecurity.

The attack came a day after the Houthis, an armed group that controls most parts of Yemen, said it fired a ballistic missile at Israel’s main airport, Ben Gurion International Airport when Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu was arriving back from delivering a speech at the United Nations.

However, the missile was intercepted by Israel, according to Reuters.

Israel’s latest attack marks one of its most extensive military actions against the Houthis.

Earlier on July 20, Israel directly attacked Yemen for the first time,  after a Houthi drone struck an apartment building in Tel Aviv and killed one civilian and injured at least 10 others on July 19.

Israeli fighter jets attacked Hodeidah port, Yemen's main harbor on the Red Sea, striking oil facilities and a power station.igniting a massive fire, killing six people and injuring 87 others

Since Israel declared war on Hamas on Oct. 7, the Houthis have been launching missile and drone attacks towards Israel and on commercial and military ships in the Red Sea to pressure Israel to stop its genocide in Gaza where it has killed more than 41,595 people.

Israel is intensifying its military operations in the region and escalating fears of all out war breaking out in the Middle East.

It is continuing its deadly attacks on Lebanon, launching another strike on Lebanon’s capital, Beirut, killing a senior Hamas leader in the country on Monday Sep. 30.

This comes after Israel launched wave of massive air raids on Dahiyeh, a suburb in southern Beirut on Friday Sep. 28, that killed Hezbollah’s longtime leader Hassan Nasrallah and flattened several buildings to the ground, killing at least 33 people and injuring 195 others on Saturday, Sep. 28, according the Lebanese Health Ministry.
