This Palestinian Girl’s Body Was Left Hanging From The Window After Israel’s Attack On A Building In Gaza
Videos on social media showed bodies scattered and trapped under the rubble and a little Palestinian girl’s body hanging from her house window as a result of the severity of the strike.
Israel has committed another massacre in north Gaza, bombing a five-story residential building in Beit Lahia on Tuesday, Oct. 29.
The building belonging to the Abu Nasr family was home to more than 200 people, and Israel’s attack killed at least 93 people, including 25 children.
Dozens were injured and missing under the rubble, mainly from the Abu Nasr family, according to Gaza’s media office.
Videos on social media showed bodies scattered and trapped under the rubble and a little Palestinian girl’s body hanging from her house window as a result of the severity of the strike.
The UN human rights office said it was “appalled” by the attack, calling it one of the deadliest single attacks in Gaza in nearly three months.
A few hours later, Israel bombed another residential building in North Gaza, killing at least 19 people.
Israel has been besieging north Gaza since Oct. 6, 2024, claiming it is to stop Hamas from regrouping and rebuilding.
It has intensified its ground and air offensives in the area and killed at least 900 people since.
It is cutting off access to food, water and medical supplies for more than 100,000 people who remain trapped in north Gaza.
Witnesses said that Israel’s siege caused most of the medical facilities in the north to collapse, making it harder to rescue the injured.
“People are trying to save the injured, but there are no hospitals or proper medical care,” a witness told AFP.
Deliberately targeting civilians is a war crime under International Humanitarian Law.
