Videos shared on social media by other journalists at the scene showed one of the journalists, Ahmed Mansour, on fire.
Mansour was admitted to the hospital but later died of severe burns on Tuesday, April 8.
The attack injured eight other journalists: Hassan Eslaih, Ahmed al-Agha, Mohammed Fayeq, Abdullah al-Attar, Ihab al-Bardini, Mahmoud Awad, Majed Qudaih, and Ali Eslaih, some critically.
