The journalists in the videos are wearing press vests with the word “Press” clearly marked on them.
On Monday, Sep. 2, during a military operation in Jenin, Israeli forces shot and injured two journalists – freelance journalist, Shatha Hanaisha and AFP Chief Photographer, Ronaldo Schemidt – with live ammunition.
Israeli forces also attempted to run over a group of journalists with a bulldozer while they were documenting the incident.
Israeli forces also threatened to shoot any journalists who did not leave the area, according to International Middle East Media Center .
Israel has repeatedly targeted journalists in the occupied West Bank, as well as in Gaza, which has since become the deadliest war on journalists since 1992, according to the Committee To Protect Journalists.
Israeli forces have been raiding several cities in the West Bank and especially Jenin since Aug. 28, launching one of its biggest military operations in the occupied West Bank since 2002.
Hundreds of Israeli soldiers raided multiple cities and refugee camps with helicopters, drones and bulldozers on Wednesday, Aug. 28, killing at least 17 Palestinians.
Soldiers razed streets with bulldozers and raided homes in the cities of Jenin, Tulkarem and Tubas, arresting at least 25 people.
Israel has intensified its attacks on Jenin since, destroying homes, shops and infrastructure by either bombing or bulldozing them and forcing Palestinians from their homes.
It has denied ambulances and medics from reaching the injured and even detained an ambulance team.
It has cut off water on 80% of Palestinians in Jenin after it destroyed the water and sewage network, according to Al Jazeera.
Communications and internet were also cut off in Jenin due to Israel's destruction of the infrastructure, according to the Palestinian Telecommunications Company.
Israel has killed at least 682 Palestinians in the West Bank since Oct. 7 including at least 24 since Aug. 28 in the ongoing military raid on several cities in the Occupied West Bank.
