Netanyahu Went On A Podcast And Called Women In Gaza "Property" While Also Denying Killing Civilians
“And if you are a woman, your shadow, your cattle, you're nothing. Your property. That's the opposite of everything we believe,”

Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said that women in Gaza are “property”, causing huge backlash.
Netanyahu appeared on an interview with the Nelk Boys on Full Send Podcast on Monday, July 21, to try to reach young audiences, but it massively backfired when he said that Israel is not killing civilians nor starving them and that women in Gaza are “property.”
“Help us get rid of Hamas. They torment you. They oppress you. And if you are a woman, your shadow, your cattle, you're nothing. Your property. That's the opposite of everything we believe,” Netanyahu said.
Israel has killed more than 59,219, mostly women and children, with a UN report published on March 14 finding Israeli forces have been systematically using rape, forced nudity and sexualized torture against Palestinian women, men and children, “as a strategy of war for Israel to dominate and destroy the Palestinian people” since Oct. 7, 2023.
Netanyahu also said that Israel is not mass starving Palestinians in Gaza, claiming that Hamas is looting the aid.
Since March 2, Israel has blocked all aid from entering Gaza, leaving more than 2.3 million Palestinians to starve for more than 80 days and allowed only a “basic” amount of aid to enter.
113 people, including at least 80 children, have been killed due to malnutrition in Gaza since Israel began its blockade on Gaza, with 10 killed on Wednesday, July 23, according to Gaza’s health ministry.
Netanyahu has previously publicly acknowledged that Israel has provided support to gangs in Gaza, saying it is to help Israeli forces fight Hamas.
Israel has provided these groups with weapons, particularly the Abu Shabab’s group, which has been accused of looting aid trucks entering Gaza, denying starving Palestinians essential aid.
People online said the hosts asked superficial, “softball” questions and failed to challenge Netanyahu on controversial topics.
“Asking a war criminal about fast food favorites while he orchestrates the starvation of civilians is not just absurd, it's a grotesque mockery of justice and humanity!” one person wrote on YouTube.
