Oasis Fans In Manchester Lifted This Fan With A Disability In A Wheelchair So He Could See The Show

A heartwarming video of a disabled Oasis fan being lifted into the air by other fans at an Oasis reunion concert has gone viral.
Daniel Tester, who has cerebral palsy, was surprised by his sister Jemma with concert tickets at Heaton Park in Manchester, where the band is from, on Friday, July 11.
While she managed to get tickets, she wasn’t able to secure access to the disabled viewing area.
As the show began, a group of nearby fans noticed Tester struggling to see from his wheelchair, and without hesitation, they lifted him above the crowd so he could fully experience the concert.
In the viral video, Tester was seen a little overwhelmed but singing along as Noel and Liam Gallagher performed on stage.
Tester told the BBC he “had no idea” about his sister’s surprise until the morning of the show.
He said he felt the love of his fellow Oasis fans all day and that peaked when he was hoisted up to see the band.
“I don't think that would have happened at any other concert but Oasis,” he added.
Jemma shared the moment on TikTok, captioning it, “You made my brother’s day, week, and year.”
The video quickly gained over 393,000 views and drew hundreds of heartfelt comments.
She later shared in the comments that they didn’t know any of the people who helped lift Daniel.
“But we do now, and they are incredible!” she wrote.
