This Peruvian Police Officer Dressed Up As The Grinch To Bust Alleged Drug Dealers For Christmas

Police in Peru brought some Christmas spirit and used an unconventional method to bust alleged drug dealers during the holidays.

On Friday, Dec. 20, police officers carried out a drug raid in Peru’s capital Lima that involved an officer disguised as the famous Christmas character, the Grinch.

In a video of the moment, the Grinch runs towards a house and uses a hammer to open the door before entering.

Police then arrested three alleged drug dealers and seized several small packets of cocaine and cash.

This is not the first time police officers in Peru have disguised themselves to capture drug dealers.

In February, a police officer in Peru also went viral for dressing up as a teddy bear with a Valentine’s note to catch a drug dealer on Valentine’s Day.
