The concept of a “down-to-earth” Halloween first originated from Japan but has since been adopted across parts of East Asia.
This year, however, there was a twist. As part of a collaboration with Netflix Taiwan, people had to dress up as “ordinary” Netflix characters or everyday situations involving Netflix.
Needless to say, the costumes were amazing.
