Trump Has Shared A Disturbing AI-Generated Video Of His Vision For Gaza After Ethnic Cleansing

After US president Donald Trump said the US would “take over” Gaza, “own” it and turn it to the “Riviera of the Middle East”, he shared an AI-generated video showing his vision for Gaza and people think it is disturbing.

Trump shared a video on Wednesday, Feb. 26, on his Instagram showing his vision for “Trump Gaza”, with him, Elon Musk and Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu sitting on the beach, surrounded by yachts and skyscrapers instead of rubble.

The video also shows a sky raining with money on kids and dancers with a background song saying “Donald’s coming to set you free” and "Trump Gaza is finally here”.

The comments on the video flooded with people in disbelief, saying the video looked “horrifying”.

“This video is truly horrifying. They are dancing and celebrating over the bodies of innocent children who were killed,” one person wrote.

“This has to be the most disrespectful and tone death thing a president could do. Have you not understood or read the room. A destroyed country with countless women and children is not something to neglect or poke fun at. Images on you and Netenyahu on sun loungers sipping cocktails is so disrespectful I have no words,” another person wrote.

Earlier in a joint conference with Netanyahu, on Feb. 4, Trump laid out his vision for the Gaza Strip, saying he wants to turn it into “the Riviera of the Middle East.”

He refused a two-state solution and suggested that the nearly two million Palestinians should be expelled from Gaza and moved to other countries like Egypt and Jordan, claiming it will “give them a chance at life” without destruction and death, calling Gaza a “demolition site” and a “hellhole.”

Palestinians have firmly rejected Trump’s proposal and are set to rebuild their homes.

Hamas has also rejected Trump’s statement, saying it’s “the recipe of chaos.”

“These statements reflect confusion and deep ignorance about Palestine and the region. Gaza is certainly not a common land and it is not a property that can be bought and sold,” a Hamas official said.

Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas said “We will not allow any infringement of the rights of our people,” adding that peace will not be achieved without a two-state solution, Al Jazeera reported.

Arab countries including Jordan and Egypt have also rejected the expulsion of  Palestinians from their homes with no return.

Egypt is working on a plan to rebuild Gaza without the displacement of Palestinians and it is thought to be discussed during the Arab summit in Cairo on March 3.
